Stephanie Bagley is the Founder and President of SCB Management Solutions, Inc. (dba SCB Management Consulting) (“SCB”). SCB was founded on Stephanie’s more than 25 years of transformation, risk management, operational, and financial leadership expertise. Her experience in Big 4 consulting along with her passion for helping organizations optimize productivity and profitability were essential as she established SCB. Today, SCB is a Women Business Enterprise (WBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and SBA-certified 8a company.
In addition to leading and developing her team, Stephanie works as a Project Director and Project Manager on various transformation engagements. She leads projects in federal, state, and local government as well as private sector industries. Stephanie is a seasoned expert with in-depth knowledge of Program Management, Strategic Planning, Insurance and Risk Management, Business Process Reengineering, and System Implementation Management. Stephanie continues to optimize financial and operational results, just as she did as a successful corporate leader for more than 25 years.
Stephanie understands the importance of identifying the root cause and recognizing not just the technical challenges, but also the cultural sensitivities that we must consider when developing and implementing innovative and sustainable solutions.
Stephanie has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
