Stephanie Bagley, MBA

PRESIDENT

SCB Management Consulting was founded in 2016 on Ms. Bagley’s more than 25 years of operational and financial leadership experience, and passion for helping organizations optimize productivity and profitability. Ms. Bagley specializes in helping public and private sector organizations resolve their greatest challenges and optimize their financial and operational results. Her core areas of expertise are project management, PMO design and management, business process reengineering, strategic planning, risk management consulting, cost containment strategies, and professional development training. Whether a smallscale business process improvement initiative or large-scale project to transform an organization through streamlined processes, shared services, or system implementation management, she serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders to design and deliver best practices and sustainable solutions tailored to each of her client’s needs.  

Prior to SCB, Ms. Bagley held leadership roles as Vice President of Corporate Finance, Risk Management and Treasury, Director of Transformation, head of Global Risk Management for two corporations, Director of Corporate Audit, and Financial Advisory and Operational consultant with PwC and Resources Global (RGP). 

Ms. Bagley has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland and Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
